Orders & Checkout
Simply browse our shop, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and submit your order. Our team will contact you within 24–48 business hours to confirm your order, provide the shipping fee, and arrange payment.
No. Your order is pending until our team contacts you to confirm availability, shipping fee, and payment method. You will receive a second confirmation once everything is arranged.
Yes, you may cancel or modify your order before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been received and your order has been processed for shipping, changes and cancellations are no longer accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
If an item is unavailable after you place your order, our team will notify you and offer alternatives or a full cancellation with no charge.
Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
Payment
We currently accept GCash, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select areas. Online payment gateways such as PayMongo and Xendit will be available in a future update.
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Orders with no payment after this window may be automatically cancelled.
After completing your payment, take a screenshot or photo of your receipt and send it to our official email or messaging channel as specified in your order confirmation message.
We will only ask for payment through our official channels (GCash number or bank account details provided in your order confirmation email). We will never ask for your passwords, OTPs, or full card details.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees vary depending on your delivery address and the courier used. The exact shipping fee will be communicated to you during order confirmation. Free shipping promotions are announced on our website and social media pages.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro Manila orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
Yes, we ship to all provinces and regions across the Philippines. Delivery availability and timelines may vary by location.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message. You can also use our Track Order page by entering your email and order ID.
If you miss your delivery, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave a notice. Please coordinate with the courier directly using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us and we will assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchange requests only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Email us at marketingaafc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will assess your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If the item is defective or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other cases, the buyer shoulders the return shipping fee.
Once your return is approved and we receive the item, exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

Yes! Our accessories are designed to be versatile and suitable for all hair types — fine, thick, curly, straight, and everything in between. Product descriptions include specific recommendations where applicable.
For most hair clips and claws, we recommend keeping them away from water, extreme heat, and direct sunlight when not in use. Headscarves and fabric accessories should be hand-washed gently and air-dried. Visit our Care Instructions page for detailed guides per product type.
Yes! Angelenes products are available in select SM malls, Robinsons malls, and Puregold branches. Visit our Store Locator page to find the nearest branch.

Contests & Promos
Visit our Contests page to see active promos. Each contest has specific mechanics — usually requiring a purchase, a social media post, and submission of your entry through our website form.
Most of our contests require a minimum purchase as part of the mechanics. Please read each contest's mechanics carefully before joining.
Winners are announced on our official Facebook page and will be contacted via the email or phone number provided in their entry. Make sure to use accurate contact information when submitting.
No. Each participant is allowed only one entry per contest (same email or phone number). Duplicate entries will be automatically disqualified.
By submitting entry media, you grant Angelenes permission to use your photos or videos on our website and social media pages for promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for full details.

Click "Sign In" on the top navigation and select "Create Account." You can register using your email and password or sign in instantly with your Google account.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a password reset link within a few minutes.
Yes! We support Google Sign-In for a faster and more convenient login experience. Your Angelenes account will be linked to your Google email.
Log in to your account and go to Account Settings to update your name and email. To manage delivery addresses, go to the Addresses section under your account.
