• A photo or short video featuring Angelenes products
• Proof of purchase (receipt upload)
• Facebook post links as proof of social media participation

3.4 Photo and Video Submissions

By submitting photos or videos as part of a contest entry, you grant Angelenes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share your submitted content on our website and social media platforms for promotional purposes. You confirm that you own or have the right to share the submitted content.

3.5 Judging and Winners

3.6 Prizes

4. Manual Order Terms

4.1 How Orders Work

The Angelenes website currently facilitates manual order processing. When you place an order through our website:

• You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order
• Our team will review your order and contact you within 24–48 business hours to confirm availability, shipping fee (if applicable), and payment details
• Your order is not confirmed until you receive a second confirmation from our team

4.2 Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods for orders placed through the website:

• GCash
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Failure to pay within this window may result in automatic cancellation of your order.

4.3 Proof of Payment

After completing payment, please send your proof of payment (screenshot or photo) to our official email or messaging channel as instructed in your order confirmation.

4.4 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not automatically calculated at checkout. The applicable shipping fee will be determined based on your delivery address and communicated to you during order confirmation. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless a free shipping promotion is active.

4.5 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before payment confirmation by contacting us via email or our official messaging channels. Once payment has been confirmed and your order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer accepted.

4.6 No Refunds on Confirmed Orders

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on confirmed and shipped orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence.

4.7 Future Payment Integration

We intend to integrate online payment gateways (e.g., PayMongo, Xendit) in a future update. These Terms will be updated accordingly at that time.

4.8 Online Marketplace Orders

For orders placed through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Facebook Shop, the respective platform's terms, payment, and refund policies apply. Angelenes is not responsible for disputes arising from transactions made through third-party marketplaces.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Angelenes shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
